Meet the translator!
I'm Paige, a German-to-English translator, born and raised in Fife, Scotland and settled in Cornwall, South West England. In 2018, I started translating and in 2020 I launched Paige Rheannon Translations.

Why German to English?
German language has played a part in my life from a very young age. I started learning when I was about 8 years old, and I continued it right through to university level. I spent some time living in the German city of Passau in Bavaria and make frequent trips back to Germany and Austria.

About my specialisms
I specialise in legal, tourism and commercial translation. Each specialism has derived from its own natural course in my life. My LLB Law with German degree naturally equipped me with the knowledge to enter legal translation, which is my bread and butter. My thirst for travel and adventure alongside my experience of working in the tourism industry lead me to translate for the tourism industry. Finally, my in-house experience working for a B2B giftware wholesaler brought me to commercial translation.

Some projects include employment contracts, court judgements, divorce and marriage documents, land inheritance, terms and conditions, legislation and more. I am also dedicated to continual learning and development by keeping up to date with the ever-changing laws in both the UK and Germany.
